Finančná kríza začala v roku 2007 a vyvrcholila v roku 2008. Zrušila americký investičný systém bankovníctva Wall Street. Finančná kríza spôsobila najväčší objem štátnych intervencií do finančného systému. Zanikli niektoré donedávna populárne typy finančných kontraktov a derivátov.
Priebeh finančnej krízy
Prvý krízový rok začal na jar 2007. Vo Washingtone začala hypotekárna kríza. Trhy o tomto probléme vedeli, ale na tento problém zareagovali až o niekoľko mesiacov. Všetko začalo v rokoch 2001- 2003, kedy FED(americký federálny systém) v snahe zabrániť hospodársku recesiu udržoval krátkodobé sadzby na extrémne nízkej úrovni. Banky stratili priamy kontakt s klientom, hypotéky dohadovali ich externí partneri, ktorí nekládli taký dôraz na bonitu klienta. Táto prax znamenala veľký problém najmä pre sektor, ktorý sa zameriaval na ľudí s horšou úverovou spoľahlivosťou.
Väčšinou to boli ľudia, ktorí neboli pri splácaní záväzkov príliš spoľahliví, často nemali stabilné zamestnanie. Nastala veľmi voľná regulácia hypotekárneho trhu. Úrady o hroziacej kríze vedeli, ale nechceli si to pripustiť. V Amerike aj v Európe akcie rástli, banky ďalej požičiavali, nastal hospodársky rast a nízka nezamestnanosť.
Európske nariadenie GDPR sa týka nás všetkých
Nové nariadenie GDPR z roku 2018 zaviedlo na Slovensku predovšetkým jednotnú právnu úpravu ochrany osobných údajov v celej EÚ. Sprísnili sa pravidlá spracovania osobných údajov občanov EU a zvýšili sa dramaticky sankcie. Rozšírila sa aj teritoriálna pôsobnosť, tzn. že sa začala uplatňovať na európske organizácie a aj na organizácie, ktoré nie sú usadené v EÚ, ak ponúkajú služby dotknutým fyzickým osobám v EÚ. Neváhajte ak nemáte ešte ošetrené GDPR nariadenie vo vašej spoločnosti a nechajte si vypracovať GDPR dokumentáciu u outsourcingovej spoločnosti SAFEDATA. Niektoré hypotekárne firmy zašli tak ďaleko, že požičiavali bez dokladu o príjmoch klienta. Kríza sa Američanov dotkla najmä zabavovaním nehnuteľností pre nesplácanie hypoték. Len v roku 2007 takto prišlo o majetok 2,2 milióna zadlžených vlastníkov. V roku 2007 zažili Američania najväčšie prepúšťanie od druhej svetovej vojny. A rovnako tomu bolo po celom svete. Na celom svete prinútila kríza k znižovaniu počtu zamestnancov tisícky veľkých firiem. Nastala sekuritizácia.
